These terms apply to your purchase on feltcottage.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by Magis Srl, Via del Parco Margherita 113, 80121 Napoli (NA), Italy, VAT IT09893911215 ("we", "us"). By buying, you accept these terms.
1. What you buy
A digital product: printable PDF sewing patterns (templates and instructions) delivered as a download right after checkout. Nothing is shipped and no materials are included.
2. Price and payment
The price is shown in your local currency on the Store and charged once at checkout. There is no subscription.
3. Your license
- You may print the patterns as many times as you like for yourself and your household, and make the items as gifts.
- Selling the finished items you sew requires the Market Seller License.
- You may not share, resell, publish or give away the files or your download links, in whole or in part.
4. Safety
Felt items with small parts, buttons or beads are not suitable for children under 3. Hang mobiles out of a baby's reach.
5. Refunds
30-day guarantee and scale guarantee: details in our Refund Policy. You agree that the download is available immediately after purchase; the guarantee applies anyway.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
